Ready to ride like a pro now, huh? The Undefeated from State Bicycle Co. is where you want to be. 7005-grade aluminum track frame, carbon fork, SRAM Omnium crankset, and capable of matching as much power as you’ll ever put into it.
The Undefeated is the bike ridden by State Bicycle Co.’s race team all across the world. There’s a reason for that. The matte black and hi-vis yellow 7005-grade aluminum frame is the highest grade of aluminum on the market, which translates roughly to “strong” and “light”. The aerodynamic track geometry gives you aerodynamics in places a steel frame might hold you back. The rear triangle is secured with aluminum track drop-outs and the front-end is lightened even further with a bladed carbon track fork. And of course, tattooed with each State Bicycle Co. logo along the seat-tube in a matching hi-vis yellow color.
The drivetrain runs through the SRAM Omnium crankset with GXP bottom bracket; THE favorite in track and fixed-gear racing. It’s light, powerful, and responsive; a $230+ value, when purchased by itself. The Undefeated wheels feature a sealed bearing hub that rolls as true as some hubs priced at several hundred dollars per set, with an ultra-lightweight alloy dish and 10mm track bolts. The wheels will come wrapped in Michelin Dynamic Sport tires, a State Bicycle Co. favorite.
The cockpit of the bike features high-end alloy components by Ritchey Components at the seat post and stem. The 31.8mm black bullhorn-style handlebars will come with black track grips. Up top, a suede black saddle with a very aggressive, yet comfortable shape. Pedals are also included; an alloy Wellgo track pedal with adjustable toe cages. If you’re ready to ride the way you know you can, get Undefeated.
