Online Ordering FAQs
How long will it take to get my order?
If your items are in stock, we will ship within 2-3 business days. We ship via FedEx Ground which takes approximately 2-5 business days depending on where we are shipping to. Smaller orders may be shipped vis USPS Priority Mail, and takes approximately 3-5 business days.

Are all items on your website currently in stock?
No, our website is not directly connected to our warehouse inventory, so it is impossible to update the site immediately after an item is no longer in stock. However, for bicycles or other larger ticket items like rimsets, we will try our best to keep the site and our stock up to date. If you have any questions about a particular item, please feel free to email us at info@fixiestop.com 

How long does it take for an item to come back in stock?
It depends. Sometimes we can have the item back in stock in a matter of days. Sometimes it may take a few months. Possible reasons could be our distributors are waiting on a shipment to arrive to port, or clear customs. In some cases, the factories are still in the process of manufacturing the item. We will make sure to keep you up to date on all the details.

Can you call me when an item becomes available again?
Yes

Can I cancel my order or change items after I already submitted my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order completely or in part, and you can also change any items, just email us at fixiestop101@gmail.com
